Master Muffin Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup wheat bran
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed golden brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together until well blended.

  2. Store in a zippered plastic freezer bag in the fridge for up to a month.

  3. Makes 5 cups (enough for 5 batches of muffins).
