Cereal Balls

Makes 6 Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of your favorite cereal
  • ¾ cup peanut butter or other nut butter
  • ¾ cup nonfat powdered milk
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

ADULT TASKS

  1. Premeasure ingredients.

KID TASKS

  1. Lightly crush the cereal in a medium bowl. Add peanut butter, powdered milk, honey and vanilla. Mix until evenly coated.
  2. Use your hands to shape the mixture into 6 balls. Eat right away, or refrigerate covered until ready to eat.
