Easy Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 large dill pickle
  • 2 tsp dill pickle juice
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tsp white sugar
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs and then let them cool

  2. When eggs are cool to the touch, peel and dice

  3. Whisk together all other ingredients in a large bowl.  Gently fold in eggs

  4. Serve as a side or on rolls

ADULT TASKS: Boiled eggs, helped with some of the smaller ingredients like salt and pepper

KID TASKS: Added all ingredients into a bowl and stirred. Cut the pickle into pieces and added it. Peeled the eggs and diced them. Stirred them into the sauce.
