BLACKBERRY BANANA BLISS SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup frozen blackberries
  • 1/2 banana small
  • 1/2 Cup Milk of choice
  • 1-2 drops vanilla

Instructions

  1. Put milk, then fruit, then vanilla in a blender

  2. Pulse 3-4 times until desired consistency

  3. ADULT PREP: Hardly anything.  I just put the milk in a measuring cup in advance.  Had to pour the smoothies into their cups.  Super easy prep work.

KID TASKS: Peel and chop banana. Put all remaining ingredients in a blender and then push the button!
