Brazilian Cheese Bread

olive oil
I have used Vegetable Oil and its worked fine

milk

tapioca flour

shredded parmesan cheese
any shredded cheese should work so use your favorite kind

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Put all your ingredients into your blender or food processor and blend till smooth
Grease your mini muffin tin and fill them to at least half full. I usually just fill them all the way up.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, they should be all puffed up and lightly browned
These are best when warm!
